Stuffed Shells
- Large pasta shells
- 1 lb hamburger
- 15 oz spaghetti sauce
- 16 oz cottage cheese
- 2 T Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
Brown and drain hamburger. Add ½ of spaghetti sauce and let cool. Boil shells. (add T oil to prevent sticking). Mix seasonings and cheeses together then add to the meat mixture. Lay shells in 9x13 pan and stuff with mixture. Spoon remaining spaghetti sauce over shells. Bake at 350 about 25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
