Mississippi Mud
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 T Cocoa
- ¼ T Salt
- ¾ cup Sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ cup Milk
- 2 T melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Topping:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup cocoa
Sift dry ingredients together. Blend liquids together and mix with dry. Put into greased 9x9 pan. Mix together topping and spread on top. Then pour 1 cup of hot water over all of it. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
